Gavin was the Agent tasked with selling my house. Gavin exceeded our expectations for his performance selling our house. We really did get over and above what wanted price wise. Excellent communication. Very friendly to deal with. Some non-traditional marketing methods that worked extremely well for us in this current market. I would absolutely recommend Gavin very highly.
