At the end of 2020, I went looking for a property manager. The tenancy laws were changing in NZ and everything was starting to look quite complex from a landlords perspective. I asked around to get some feedback on property management. The name that came up was Katrina Green and Ray White Morris & Co Property Management. I have never looked back. Katrina and her team are experienced professionals. I will never forget our first meeting. I was expecting 15 mins and got 1hr 15mins of personalised helpful detail. From the moment our property went on the rental market we have consistently experienced excellent communications, helpful advice and we are always kept right up to speed with everything that is happening. Katrina's help when navigating our Health Homes Inspection was excellent. Top quality leadership and management. Quite outstanding!

Estelle has been managing our property for the last 18months and we are extremely happy with the service she has provided. Her communication has been excellent - always quick to respond to any concerns we have had and informs us of any issues that need addressing. Estelle’s inspections are thorough and professional. We have no hesitation I recommending her services.

Ray White do their very best to provide a professional service. They like to ensure all matters concerning rental property are dealt with professionally and efficiently. They can at times, and this is the rental agency, be over enthusiastic about being firm which can cause friction. However they do, and this is both the rental agency and the commercial property sales business, provide Rangiora with a great service. The help people by finding them accommodation or property they are looking for in North Canterbury.

We have been working with Estelle Shuurman for moving into our new rental property, she has been the BEST property manager we have all dealt with. When you have a question she will answer immediately and if she doesn’t have an answer she will go the lengths to find out right then and there. Estelle and Cassidy have made the moving process so easy for us and it’s greatly appreciated!

Ray Hastie has been looking after our house for many ,many years now and we could not have found a better property manager. His support and dedication especially through all the earthquake hassles has been exceptional and he was always very careful to choose the right tenants so ensuring the property was very well cared for. We would certainly recommend him- and already have!

We have been so impressed with the service Estelle provides us. Always an honest opinion backed up by great communication. Nothing is ever a problem and goes out of her way to ensure we are kept up to date . All done with energy and a positive attitude. 10/10!

Ray White Rangiora have been our property managers for a number of years now and we have always been impressed with their excellent level of service. Their communication is fantastic and they have always been successful in chasing up any late rent payments by our tenant - something we are glad we don't have to worry about doing! I would highly recommend Katrina and her team to anybody considering using a property manager.

My personal experience with Katrina, Amber, Jeremie and the team taking care of my rental property has been positive and professional all the way. As my rental was my own home (a relatively new home) which I was renting for the first time whilst I lived and worked in Wellington, I did feel I was handing over my prize asset to complete strangers, however, I need not have worried. Katrina from Ray White Rangiora has been managing my rental property since I owned it and provides a first class service. Communication is excellent, the inspections of the property are very thorough (and they provide a great report). The team led by Katrina all care about the property and the tenants, so it works well for everyone. A Very Highly recommended team.

From a tenancy perspective, Ray White Morris and Co has been excellent, with their quick conversion to contact-less management while still preserving the ever-important personal element that is required in tenancy management. It feels as though they recognize that their business is not just catering to landlords, but catering to tenants too. Fantastic service - specifically from Tanaya Jeffcot, but from Ray White as a whole. I would hold Ray White as the gold standard in property management companies.

These guys are awesome. Took over the management of my properties from another company that had no idea what they were doing. Seamless transition, and a true relief to have someone that I can trust and knows what they are doing when it comes to property management. From the very first communication they have been very professional, organised and forthcoming with great advice on the management of my assets. Ray White Rangiora have provided an exceptional service. As first time homeowners who live 6 hours away from our rental property we have been very impressed with the professionalism, communication and attentiveness of Katrina, Amber and the property management arm of Ray White Rangiora. Wow these guys are fantastic, for years I struggled to manage my own property buts since moving to Ray White Property Management I don't have to spend time worring about the various compliance issues, following up on R&M or making sure payments come in and inspections are done with a much higher level of critical detail with great reporting.
