We recently sold our house through Dale Patterson and Paul Brandt and we were blown away with their fantastic level of professionalism and conduct. Both of them have unique and in depth knowledge of the area, and having two real estate agents working together is just an added bonus on top, they even had a list of buyers ready to show through. Our house sold in days with both parties very happy with the outcome. Both parties felt extremely comfortable working with Dale and Paul and they were able to answer any questions with informative answers. Both of them were very down to earth yet very professional and just a delight from the set go. There are not enough stars on here to give Dale and Paul so I had to settle for 5 which is the top rating for google reviews. Thank you so much guys I will be using you again for sure.

Paul Brandt was a big support to us during our unusual buying journey. We brought our house during the August 2021 Lockdown and had to buy without viewing the property. Paul was great at answering our many questions about the house & area. He was always available whenever I called or texted. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend Paul to others looking for a highly effective agent. Thanks again, Suzy & Josh

Paul was very knowledgeable. He was forthcoming with full disclosure for all aspects regarding the property and took the time to explain processes, etc. It was even harder for me to buy sight unseen but Paul was accommodating for a local friend to go through and explained everything in great detail, allowing video to be taken and answering any questions. He always answered when I rang or called back within 5mins. An awesome attribute to have, as others I have dealt with have not been so forthcoming when I wanted information, or to view a property outside business hours or weekends. Highly recommend!!

Friendly, Professional, knowledgable
I purchased a home in Okaihau that Paul Brandt listed, in October 2021. In fact, this was the third listing of his I visited over a one-year period. His knowledge of the properties, the immediate neighbourhood, and the area was very good in my opinion.
As a buyer, I found Paul to be honest, open, and approachable. He only needed to seek advice from his seller (vendor) on 2 occasions, but otherwise had an in-depth knowledge of the home I purchased.
I had been looking for a home for 6 months in the Whangarei, Northland area and had decided I was not going to buy from an agent that was lacking in knowledge or confidence.
My only concern when buying my home is that there were 3 verbal offers and the house went to a multiple-offer situation. I think I deserved to be informed of this, before meeting with Paul Brandt at his office and being told point-blank. I was shocked, as I did not know this was going to eventuate. I thought it would be "first in, best dressed". My offer was in writing and the other 2 offers were still coming. I requested to have my offer sent to the vendor. The vendor countered, I accepted and the sale was made. It looked to me as though I might be competing with 2 other people whose offers had not arrived in writing. This situation is extremely stressful and deflating for a buyer and not in our best interest!
I know that a salesperson is supposed to fairly represent the vendor and the buyer in a transaction, but my experience has shown that this is not the case. In fairness to Paul Brandt, I realise he was working under instruction. I still believe, however, that a buyer has as many rights to information and there needs to be more transparency during a real estate transaction.

A great experience!
Purchasing our first home was a daunting idea however Robi made the process a breeze, went above and beyond for us, answering all our questions (there were lots) she knew the process so well and ensured nothing came up that we didn’t expect which was great for us, would definitely recommend Robi Quilter.

To whom it may concern
Robi was very professional and made it very easy to even meet the vendor directly, avoiding time delays with lawyers.
We were able to arrange a deal that both parties were agreed upon, in the very first viewing.

Jay was amazing. Very professional, compassionate and he made the daunting process of selling my home much easier.

Great team.
The agent with whom we did business (daughter's first home purchase) was fabulous. She was able to clearly explain all the steps in the purchase process and who does what when. Many technical and quasi-legal stuff defined and or explained sufficiently clearly and succinctly that my daughter gained trust and faith in the Harcouts Team.
Everything proceeded pretty smoothly - and progressed effectively and successfully in a timely fashion (communication and timing being essential).

I have been meaning to write this review for a while. But thought that I would wait until the dust settled and everything finalised.
We recently sold a tourism related business in Northland. The process began during covid and concluded after lockdown in late October 2020.
It was probably a little more difficult than usual under the circumstances and required perseverance and guidance through a testing process.
