M. W.Wayne and Myrn are the ideal property managers. They found very good tenants for us. They are conscientious in inspecting our property, keeping accurate records and photographs of the condition of the property, in arranging repairs and in maintaining good relations with tenants. They went out of their way to help us during the lockdown when we were prevented from traveling to Kerikeri. Wayne even found plants growing in the guttering that I hadn't seen! The rent is always on time and the financial records are excellent. We wholeheartedly recommend Wayne and Myrn as property managers.
