R.Courtney's communication and getting things sorted when she said she would were fantastic. Often responding within minutes even very late in the evening and this was before we had even signed Courtney up to sell our home! Courtney has obvious experience in the industry as no question phased her and was always honest about expectations which we really appreciated. Offered lots of great advise throughout the process also.
c.10/10 would recommend! The team at Ray White Lincoln really do know their stuff! They bend over backwards to make sure both myself and my tenants are happy. Even over tenant changeovers they have managed to keep the amount of time my property is empty to a minimum ( managed only one night last time) communication with them is easy even while overseas.
T.Red Chilli Property management were quick and efficient in getting my property rented. Paul was very easy and transparent to deal with. Would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting peace of mind that their property is in good hands.
