Harcourts managed my rental property in the Lower Hutt for 8 years and did an outstanding job. Lynnette Sketcher was was the property administrator for the last few years. She is an excellent communicator and very efficient and reliable in getting things done - repairs and maintenance etc. I always felt that my property was in very good hands. I would recommend Lynette to anyone looking to manage their property and keep it in good shape. It was great when I had the opportunity to zoom with her as I felt like I knew her already. I wish her all the very best in her career.

This week I was informed that my rental property will now be managed by another group and I hope they are as responsive and professional at the Harcourts team. I have not had any issues at all with Harcourts. I am a tenant at one of the properties in Wellington. I have found my property managers Brianna and Kelly very helpful throughout my tenancy. Their communication has always been professional and responsive to my needs. The property is good value and in a central secure location. Property inspections have always been relatively easy. I have not had any issues since renting with this group.

One of our previous landlords was awful at communication. We only wanted professional landlords who we could easily communicate with. When we found and applied for our current apartment, we asked so many questions. Thankfully, Brianna promptly and patiently answered all of them. We prepared to move in and we were still nervous. We have had to move several times in the past year - once for a reason out of our control. We had worked with landlords who were easy to work with and some that didn't care more than they really could. Luckily, raising concerns to Kelly could not be easier. She even quickly stopped by to personally have a look at one of our concerns. I could not recommend Harcourts-Team Rentals enough. Despite being a nationwide name, they are absolutely professional. They provide extensive guides to help you settle in quickly. Moreover, ambassadors like Kelly and Brianna will only make you feel safe. Communicating anything with them is a walk in the clouds. Thank you Kelly and Brianna for all of your help so far. I can safely say that if everything we've been discussing bears fruit, our plan to stay for a while will push through thanks to both of you. I have already recommended both of you to a few friends who are in less ideal situations and hope you can help them too.

Lynette has been amazing to deal with. Have had a couple of incidents with the rental property due to it's age and Lynette has been so friendly and efficient, dealing with both calmly and immediately. She took the stress away from me and ensured that the property was safe and secure. Now that is what I call service. Looking after the best interests of both the tenant and landlord. Kelly and Brianna have been amazing at helping me through the renting process. They have full access to good tradespeople that can remedy any problem as it arises. They respond to my queries immediately and give me good quality feedback at all times. I feel confident that my house is in good hands while I am not there.

Our residential rental properties looked after by Harcourts Team Group Rentals for approximately 6 years now and they have done a wonderful job with it. I would like to say "Thank you" to Kate Shiels-Reddin for setting up our account with Harcourts Team Group Rentals from the beginning (our first rental property). Also,I must admit that it was really hard to find a profesional property manager, who actually cared about the properties, and communicate well with both the landlord and the tenants. However, Brianna & Kelly did a fantastic job on this. They take the time to get to know our property and credit check every-time carefully for the tenants residing inside them. We have always received excellent service from Harcourts Team Group Rentals. We will definitely recommend their services to others and will continue to do so in the future.
