P.Lighthouse Property Management was able to bring my house up to a compliant standard with the RTA and the Healthy Homes Standards. They addressed the maintenance issues and damage caused by my previous property managers who had also made poor choices when selecting tenants. Even though I was overseas when this large project was undertaken I knew exactly what was happening and the communication with Emerson was great.
My house is now in a good state and producing a steady return.
