T.Meleanie Walker, working for Ray White, sold my house in Wainuiomata in 2017. It was the first house I bought and I had lived in it for 12 years so it was a big deal for me. Meleanie was a fantastic agent to work with, she was very understanding and encouraging to me as I did some renovations. Meleanie bargained hard on my behalf and got a price for the property that I was very happy with. She made the process easy, enjoyable and profitable. From personal experience I know how much Meleanie is also devoted to and supports the local Wainuiomata community so I know she will work with commitment and honesty to the seller and the community.
