Wow what can I say, if your looking for a real estate agent that has it all look no further, you have found him. Phil has a level of professionalism that exeededs that of a normal human being. He holds a huge responsibility for your property and cares emensly for you as a buyer. Has fantastic communciton skills and knows what he's doing when putting your house on the market from staging to working with lawyers. We have now used Phil twice, once to purchase our property in July 2014 and this year to sell it and move out of town. I could not recommend anyone more highly knowledgeable that also has a great sense of humour and can hold it all together till the very end A++++++++++
