A great experience We had built up a relationship with Mark for several years around a possible house sale. During the marketing and sale time Mark kept us well informed and lead us through the process of auction, which was completely new for us. Excellent selling experience I sell my property in Lower Hutt because I live oversea and want to get enough deposit for local property purchase. At the beginning, I thought I may need to come back to Wellington to see my property because it's the most valuable asset in my life. I contacted three sales agents and then I felt it's okay to sell remotely. Rather than saying that I chose Luke, it's really Luke gave me a chance to sell the property because I almost sold my property privately during the appraisal phase. Luke asked me to give him an opportunity to show the property to some existing buyers without any paperwork or contract before selling it privately. I'd just like to pass on our sincerest thanks to John and Maria O'Flaherty for the sale of our house in Stokes Valley. This was our first home, and the first house we've ever sold - so we were both new to the situation of selling a property, and also selling a home that we'd raised our young family in. John and Maria were so incredible throughout the entire process, and I feel very lucky (and thankful) that we chose them to sell our home. Right from the start, they were more than happy to provide us with any info we needed (carrying out two or three appraisals over the course of a couple of years for us), and we both felt they were completely transparent, honest and genuine in all of our dealings with them. They managed to secure us a fantastic price for our home, and for that we are incredibly thankful to them both as it lets us put a deposit on a piece of land in the Manawatu - something we'd never thought possible at this stage. Our kids just adored both Maria and John (and loved the wee letters and little treats!), and my husband and I felt very comfortable and unpressured by them both. They were so helpful even on settlement day when we were out of town and had locked the keys in the house, meeting the locksmith for us to let the new owners in.
