S.Everyone when they are wanting to sell a property have one top question: What type of Real Estate agent do I want? I wanted someone I could trust who would give us good advice. Someone who would deliver what they promised. Someone with a high level of understanding of the real estate business. Sinead is that type of Real Estate agent. From our first meeting with her I felt confident that she would look after our best interests. At times when my wife and I would waver, she was there to give sound advice. She is busy, because she is so good, but she kept all her customers informed. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly. Sinead simply delivers a great result!!

She was friendly, took the time to get to know our needs and wants for our house sale, and took into account our busy lives when planning open homes and viewings. A.We would not hesitate in recommending Sinead if we were buying or selling a property. We moved back from UK to New Zealand after being away for 40 years and we were very unfamiliar with the buying process in New Zealand. We found that Sinead communicated well between us and the vendors and helped to make the buying process very transparent . S.From past experience with buying and selling houses I have to admit I'm no great liker of real estate agents - Sinead is different. She is smart, empathetic and genuine - I definitely recommend her. By all means talk to the other agents in the area but I think you'll find she's the best.
