P.Steps up and smacks it out of the park
We met Brandon a few months ago when we were entertaining the idea of shifting house. We went to a coupe of open homes and he struck up the usual pleasantries and stayed in touch advising us of the latest sales and listings. We eventually got to the point where we pushed the go button on the sale of our place and asked him if he would like to represent us. During the campaign he identified what needed to be done to expedite a sale at the most opportune moment and got us a great deal. We found Brandon to be incredibly professional and knowledgable, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to manage the sale of your property.
O.From the get-go Brandon went above and beyond in preparing our house for sale. Brandon is awesome to work with and took the stress and worry out of selling our house. He worked hard throughout the campaign period to drive awareness, interest and most importantly get people through the door to have a look. On auction day we had over 30 people attend which drove a result that was far above our highest expectations! We would highly recommend working with him and are super grateful for everything he did to get us such an AMAZING result!
