Penelope sold our house after three weeks! Throughout the process Penelope explained everything in detail, guiding us how best to go about the sale. She always put 100% effort into everything she did. Not only was Penelope highly professional - she is just such a lovely person to deal with. One always feels at ease knowing that you are in the hands of a caring and honest Real Estate Champion. One thing that made a big difference compared to other people Penelope was smack on with her market appraisal and valuation estimate of the sale. Being overseas can make the selling process complex (with different time zones, physical distance etc.) but with Penelope, it wasn’t a factor at all.
