Refreshing, professional and easy! We were selling our first home - Nathan came recommended by one of our friends and we were pleased to meet someone with a fresh and genuine approach to real estate. Nathan seen the mahi and aroha we had invested in our home and respected the journey we wanted to go through with our house sale. We were very impressed with his ability to clearly articulate the process and how he took the time to give us all the options and info on how to sell our home. He kept in touch through each stage of the process, we felt listened to and the steps felt easy, which was completely unexpected. His authenticity and vibrant character was refreshing. I reached out to Liam just before Christmas not expecting a reply until the new year. Super easy sale during lockdown We are in Auckland and our rental property went on the market just after lockdown. Ashlea went above and beyond our expectations making the sale process very easy. Her communication was excellent and the whole process took place without us having to come down to Papamoa. We were very pleased with the result. Having known Kris for some time I already knew she had a strong, professional work ethic and I had complete confidence entrusting her with the sale of my property. Kris went above and beyond - personally washing the curtains, liaising with trades people, and going over to the property at all hours to check the chattels, and that property was secure. Jan Wilson the machine. Jan came and gave us the options that she felt would sell our property. She then left us alone to ponder what we had been told. Jan made just one follow up phone call and a revisit to catch up with me as I was not home on her first visit. It was a month later that we called Jan and asked her to place the property on the market. Jan placed no pressure on us and once on the market Jan went about her job with vigor and enthusiasm. I would have no problems selling or buying a house with Jan as the land agent.
