If you're looking to rent out a property or a looking to rent a property you can do no better than to deal with property manager Jess Rankin. This lady is amazing. She has social charisma, treats everyone with respect no matter what issues they may have and is completely, totally, honest and fair. She keeps a close eye on tenants so that all tenants in the area feel safe. If something needs fixing at a property it's fixed as soon as practicable. You can talk over any issues and she'll listen. The financial side is dealt with openly and honestly. Jess is a really lovely lady who cares about your well-being. Jess, you're the best!
