I had an issue in applying for a place where my application was not accepted, a fact I didn't know until I arrived at the rental place (which I was asked to go to as early as 55 minutes before the time of the viewing). This took away some time from my day and was certainly an inconvenience.
After this, I laid a complaint via their website (sometime after 2pm).
At 4:45pm, i got a phone call in response to the email with a sincere apology and confirmation that the person organising the viewing would know of this complaint. I really appreciate that.
I imagine that the initial experience was a misstep, and that the team are more like the person I talked to on the phone; honest, organised, and helpful.
