Kendall is a very professional Cox Partners representative, we are so pleased she is working on our behalf.

When we were looking to buy our house we had a hard time of it with many real estate agents from other companies. When Cox Partners (Ben Newport) came into the picture all of that changed. I was working in another region at the time and communication was still excellent. We arranged times for viewing through Skype etc. We bought our house stress free for a reasonable price. We have lived here almost two years now and love it. I would trust Cox Partners, particularly Ben Newport with the sale of my house or to help me purchase one again. Thanks a lot Ben and Cox Partners. Buying a house is stressful. I wont forget your valuable service.

When we had to put dad's home on the market we had two choices -Cox Partners or Property Brokers.Both myself & my dad chose Robert. He was very professional,helpful & made the whole process very stress free. He achieved a very quick sale at an excellent price. The overall experience was excellent-communication was great,papers were delivered to us by a company representative & the office staff were also very helpful & we thoroughly enjoyed the gift basket of local produce

I had the pleasure of Ben Newport assisting me in finding my new 'Happy Home' in Napier. I found Ben to be very observant in relation to my reactions to properties and my comments, wishes, and requirements. I viewed properties with a number of other agents, a couple of which were a close fit, and then after viewing 2 properties with Ben, he suggested I take a look at a property which I had previously declined to view. Ben was sure I would like it though, and so just asked me to give it a look. Well, he was right, it ticked so many of the boxes, and as of now, I will be moving to my new forever home in a matter of weeks. Thank you so much Ben, and Cox Partners. Ben, you made everything happen, and with apparent ease and courtesy, whilst adding some good laughs into the mix.

Fabulous establishment in CBD Napier with the added availability of a wonderful 'community' room for small group workshops or meetings, providing tables/ chairs ( set up for your requirements prior to use) ,air con / whiteboard / wifi and a great side room with all kitchen needs provided for the day. Plus the added bonus of proximity to ease of car parking and many fabulous cuisine places and Civic Square Park just out the door for lunch.
