D.Hi all, I have just rented a house of Harcourts Napier with my Partner, we have dealt with Ian Dickinson through this process. It has been with integrity and complete honesty that has allowed us to get this beautiful home. Ian has communicated with us straight away whenever I have needed to know something or fix something helped us through this whole process. It was not hard, once application received. It was quick and enabled us to move in quickly. We feel blessed and are so happy in this happy home . I would never hesitate to recommend Ian to anyone as his communication is so important allows peace of mind. He is Proffessional reliable and thorough with dealings. Didn't think we would even get a house had two offered and had too choose which house. An agent is great because you know it's going to be done dealt with any problems, I highly recommend this either as tenants or renting house yourself let company do for you enjoy your life so important. 😉
