Debra was great to deal with right from the start. We had a viewing booked promptly and she was super helpful with our queries. Deb and the owners were very accommodating with our time lines of when we could move in and the fact we had a dog. We had a short term fixed tenancy and the end of it was handled superbly, especially with Level 4 lockdown delaying our move out! Debr's communication was excellent and we always felt valued and listened too. Highly recommend renting with Deb, and I know she goes the extra mile for both tenants and owners.

Debra is extremely professional, efficient, well informed and most of all she cares! We have found her to be an excellent communicator who responds promptly to any queries or issues (which is imperative as we are overseas). We really valued her professional advice on the requirements of the property prior to having it rented as well as on the selection of suitable tenants. We can’t recommend Debra from Pukeko Rental Managers, Nelson enough and are pleased our investment is in good hands!
