Fast, efficient, friendly - Jamie Gemmell is super responsive which is just what you want when buying a property in the current market. Jamie had recent knowledge of similar sales in the area which was helpful when putting together an offer. Fab to deal with!

Excellent service. Michelle is a very friendly person with great professional skills. In our dealings with her we always felt listened to and she never tried to rush us, or put us off. She gave us great advice and had a clear idea of how to market our house. She never seemed to take a day off! People asked us who we had as an agent and when we mentioned her name they all seemed to know her and held her in high esteem. Thank you for the excellent, friendly (fast ) service. Although apartments are an unknown quantity in New Plymouth she was able to manage a sale for me within a very short period of time, to a non local to boot, so virtual marketing was very effective for me. I can honestly say that Pam did the most amazing job for my Dad. It's always difficult moving house esp for older people and esp for ex farmers. Pam knew exactly how to help Dad make the right decision for him, all be it the long way round. :-) She had the patience to listen and work with Dad through some tough decisions. If you looking for a good real-estate agent look no further that Shontaynia Shontaynia was very friendly and helpful and totally professional in our dealings with her. Since we came from out of town, we had a group of houses to view none of these ticked all the boxes. She managed at short notice to arrange a viewing of what is now our new home. She was very informative about Hawera so we now have a very good knowledge of the place.

I found Owen Leicester to be very helpful, friendly, easy going, honest, sincere and really goes out of his way to help you, he is very laid back but professional at all times and really listens to what the buyer is looking for.
