I would highly recommend Hugo to help you find your new house! I first met Hugo at an open home for a house and he later helped me make an offer for the house. I was new to house buying but he was patient and friendly in guiding me through step by step through the process. In the end I wasn't successful for that house, but we kept in touch and eventually met up again for another house. The house was to sell at auction and Hugo kept me updated throughout, letting me know all the important details before going to auction. He also offered to bid on my behalf, which I was initially apprehensive about but agreed to ask him to do it. In the end though I was so happy I entrusted him with it, as he did a spectacular job in securing the house that no doubt would have been better than my novice self handling it. With his expert and reliable input I was able to navigate the often difficult and complex process with ease. Thanks Hugo!

Jono is honestly incredible at what he does! He helped us with the buying process with not one, but two beautiful properties. He got to know exactly what we needed almost immediately and helped us find something special to fit our budget. Hugo was amazing to deal with, he remembered us from a previous open home and engaged straight away. He was excellent in communicating with us and keeping us up to date with the processes, he lead us through the auction with ease and nothing was too much trouble. We were looking for a home to buy with our youngest son in Hamilton and went to view one house which was too small for what we wanted. Hugo Hartles was there to show us the house and after some discussions of our needs Hugo made a few suggestions of other properties to view. We made several offers which were not that easy because we lived two hours away and it had been a few years since we had purchased a property, but Hugo was very patient and let us know if there was anything short on the paperwork. Unfortunately we kept coming up short with our offers because of the heat in the property market, but Hugo's persistence paid off and he found us a property were the contract had fallen over and we were able to make an offer which was accepted and our son now has a place to call his own, with a little help from Mum and Dad and Hugo.
