C.Juliet was awesome! She was very quick and efficient getting back to us and so kind. There's hesitancy when it comes to young tenants but Juliet really backed us and got us into a great property. The whole process was a breeze and completely stress free.

R.Leah has been our property manager since she took over from Tracey earlier this year. We have owned rentals in other parts of the country as well and todate Leah has the been the best property manager we have ever had.
Leah is professional, diligent, and takes ownership of requests by tenant and landlord which makes it so much easier to deal with.

A.Leah, the Property Manager, does a *great* job for us - she manages an apartment we have rented out in Paihia. She is very responsive, friendly and professional. In all our dealings with her everything just happens smoothly as it should. A.Juliet was extremely professional and helpful finding the appropriate tenant for our property. Speaking with our tenant she was equally helpful assisting with the documentation and coordinating services. She is very thorough, communicative and a pleasure to deal with.

C.Leah is a very professional property manager. You can have complete peace of mind that she has your best interests in mind when she is looking after your property. I have never had to check up on her. Very happy with the service received from the entire Ray White Paihia team (must be something in the Paihia air). Busy doing a tax return for the property they are managing. Finding all the required information has never been easier. Monthly reports, invoices and a year end reports working like clockwork. Thanks guys keep up the good work!
