S.I can't speak highly enough of the team at Absolute Rentals. As a first time landlord Craig, Anna and Holly made the process of renting our house incredibly easy. They found outstanding tenants, had excellent communication and ensured our property was well cared for throughout the tenancy. We spoke to a few property managers prior to choosing the Absolute Rentals and none gave us the confidence that we found in Wade and his team. Would give more stars if I could.

We rented out our property in Palmy when we moved to the other end of the country and it was a nerve wracking experience being so far away from it. Wade was phenomenal; there was alwasy close contact, they put amazing tenants in there that they personally recommended, and did everything to the T. I almost want to buy another place in Palmy to rent out just so I can use these guys again as they made it so easy :)

I'm happy to say that the team of Wade and Anna at Absolute Rentals have been fantastic. Even though I'm thousands of kilometres away, everything has ticked along fine.
Excellent service finding tenants, my monthly invoices are spot on, and any problems like damage from a storm handled with no fuss. Wade takes full care of the property ensuring the rates are paid and everything is up to date and maintained.
Emails are promptly replied to - and I estimate that I spend, at most, maybe an hour a month dealing with the property.
Wade and Anna have my full confidence -- and my only regret is that I bought just one rental house !!
