Honest appraisal, expert and thoughtful advice, perfect communication = great sale experience Anthony and Hilary demonstrated their broad and deep knowledge of the Palmerston North market with a comprehensive property comparison through which they described an expected sale price range and the reasons for their assessment. I was impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail and clear communication throughout the sale experience. I am an overseas vendor prevented from travelling and was particularly grateful for the way in which they cheerfully handled absolutely everything, including ensuring the property was looking at its best by arranging tradespeople and making the finer touches to styling. They also assisted with removalist arrangements. Anthony and Hilary set up a closed facebook-based line of communication with me for open home reports (numbers and comments by buyers) which gave me a clear understanding of how the marketing was going. They also used an Adobe-based electronic signature option for documents made everything easy to manage. It is easily the best experience I have ever had with a property sale. I'm confident I received the best price possible for the house and I'm very glad I chose them.

Connected us with good reliable services including groundspeople and movers when needed.Definitely went the extra mile and managed the sale very well. First time we were selling a place so we called a few agents. Anthony was the only one who got our place and could picture the right type of people who would want to buy our house. The marketing was professional and very suitable fir the house. The photos taken were great. Anthony made it possible for us to list our house at a short notice as Christmas was coming. Quite convenient to use Messenger for communications. I think having a bit more feedback on the weekly report would have worked better for us. But we got what we were hoping for and Anthony worked hard and late to get us that deal.

I have been photographing Anthony's and Hilary s homes they sell for the past five years, and they provide a truly professional service to their clients. If I was to sell or buy a home they would be my first point of contact. I have never heard a client say a single bad thing about these two and you can see why they get results.

We booked Harveys for re-curtaining of our rental property in Palmerston North because of the excellent service we had had from Harveys, Auckland. We found Auckland was far superior to Palmerston North. We were advised that triple weave would be the best curtaining so we went with the suggestion. However when the curtains were installed they let in far too much light and with the main bedroom facing the street this was unacceptable. There had been no advice about the possible problem when we were discussing the curtains. Separate linings had to be ordered and finally they were installed today and are acceptable. Because of the lack of initial advice regarding the triple weaves we could not recommend Harveys for curtaining. Lynette Reed
