Having encountered multiple property managers over 9 years, through churn due to them moving to other positions or out of property management, we changed to City Central Property Management. We are very impressed and extremely happy with Cyndi. Her professionalism and the level of respect we have seen her afford our tenants and experienced ourselves is impressive. She selected tenants who look after our property. Her property inspections are performed to a high level and reflect the standard she sets to maintain properties for both tenants and landlords. We have particularly appreciated that the tenants Cyndi selected not only keep our property immaculate but also notify her immediately of any issues as soon as they notice them and she acts quickly to have them rectified ensuring our property is well maintained. Cyndi is by far and away the best property manager we have ever encountered. Overall she is an awesome property manager who ensures our property is well maintained and selects outstanding tenants.

Cyndi and Sinned are both excellent property managers. Our experience with them was nothing but positive, Cyndi is always friendly and respectful and I found her to be easy to deal with and dealt with any issue quickly that we had while renting one of their properties. Sinned was also really helpful and friendly, and always maintained a professional and caring attitude. We enjoyed our time renting one of City Central's property's and would do so again in the future.

I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. Cyndi has been one of the most organised hard-working lady I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have never worked with a property agency where I know the name of my landlord and have her own personal phone number which is contactable 24/7. She is aware of all the laws about tenancy agreements and respects the rights of both tenant and landlord. I felt really well looked after through City Central Property - so thank you Cyndi and your wonderful team. I fully recommend using her service.

I lived in a property for three years that was managed by Cyndi and she is the best property manager I've had in all the years I have rented. If anything went wrong in the house she organized the repairs quickly and not only cared about the landlord and the property but also about how myself and my son were doing. I would highly recommend people to rent through Cyndi and am rather shocked at the negative comments on here. Thankyou Cyndi and the team for all you did for me over the years. Truly grateful xxx

Cyndi is an excellent property manager who is very particular about the quality of tenants she admits into properties for which she is responsible. She does not entertain potential tenants who, in her judgment, are not likely to look after the properties that they rent. This is amply illustrated by the good reviews she has received from property owners. My personal experience has been excellent and I have rented two properties from her. She is very quick in responding to maintenance issues, on the occasions that maintenance has been needed. She has also been prompt in returning phone calls and emails. Cyndi is a property manager meant for responsible tenants, and not for tenants who do not respect and value the property of owners who expect their property to be treated well. I have no hesitation in recommending City Central Property Management to both tenants and property owners.

We have been looking for a home to rent for sometime now and unfortunately just haven't got one yet. In saying that we have had to deal with a few companies and now have a pretty broad experience with them. It has motivated us to write a review for Cyndi and Sinned. Our experiences has been nothing but positive. Its a very stressful and challenging time to be looking for a home to rent in the current market. These two ladies have been nothing but professional and respectful. We are extremely impressed with their thoughtfulness towards the current tenants, acknowledging that this is still their home and not having hordes of people tramping through someones home. Believe me we have been to some where its open slaughter, to the point you cant move. You get to view the property and get one on one with Cyndi at sametime. You feel valued and listened too. Cyndi is up to date with the property and the landlord's wishes for there investment. I know that often as renters we can feel judged for who we are or the situation we are in or in our case we have pets which instantly rules alot of properties out. Cyndi has an open mind and will know if you fit the home requirements or not. I couldn't think of a better team to work with. And to Sinned who we have never met but we do know is extremely fast and efficient !!!! If I was in a position to be a landlord I would have great confidence in this team to care for my investment while respecting the tenant. Well here's hoping that something comes up soon

We had our rental property in Palmerston North managed by city central property management for a number of years and have no hesitation in recommending them. They were efficient and always kept us up to date on any regulation changes etc. They were much better than our previous management company as they inspected the property properly and organised any maintenance promptly. We are now selling our property, but are thankful for the years of trouble free ownership.

Cyndi is a lovely person and a great property manager. She has gone above and beyond to help us out and we are more grateful than we can say. We would definitely recommend dealing with City Central Property Management! If there were more people like Cyndi in this world it might be a better place!!

Cyndi and the team are the most well-organised, professional and caring people that will do anything to ensure your property and your tenancy are at good hands (and she has proved that 100%). Despite all the questionable bad reviews, she always puts your interest best at heart, is fair and just and never crosses boundaries. You can always trust her judgement and is straight up and honest about any arising concerns that may affect the property and the tenants. I strongly recommend City Central Rentals as the one to go. Thank you Cyndi for taking good care of me as a tenant!
