The best decision we could have ever made was getting Sheryl and Tanya to sell our property. From the moment we meet them they were kind and most importantly not pushy like the majority of other real-estate agents we experienced while looking at other properties. They gave us a realistic valuation of our property which was bang on. So much so, we didn't even look at any other real-estate agents even when others at open homes promised us more money. Lastly and most importantly, the greatest asset of these lovely ladies is there communication. The level of communication was excellent and we were always well informed. This is exactly what we needed in this unfamiliar situation we were in. We will definitely recommend these lovely ladies to our friends and family.

Brilliant Property Manager who is always available and is very quick to act when we have a problem. Thanks Richmond From first walk through it was obvious that Professionals was the correct name. Everything since move in has been excellent, nothing seems to be a problem and anything asked is quickly followed up. By far the best we have ever been with. .

My wife and I are both "extremely" grateful to Professionals Palmerston North. Our previous rental home after 11 years was advised as being sold, so we were grateful to another rental agency for allowing us that home. However, after time, we came to feel stifled by a lack of space, a lack of gardens and a distance from the pulse of city central life. We came to find we were just, not happy. It...just wasn’t home. One evening my wife expressed her discontent to me and so I took to Google for rental properties in Palmerston North. I clearly remember this property being advertised by Professionals Palmerston North and calling my wife to come have a look. She was impressed but returned to the TV. I wrote an application that night to Professionals Palmerston North. After an expected time, I received an email with scheduled viewing times and registered my interest. Our dream home... Plenty of room close to town and gardens as well! Here we are now, and every day I’m grateful to Professionals. We receive an inspection notice a full month in advance of inspection. Any concerns we have are promptly addressed. Finally home thanks to Professionals, Palmerston North Very greatful!

We have been with professionals for around 5 years now and since day one we have loved them!! Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and warm. We never felt like we were dealing with a company because it was all so personal. If there's anything that needs doing with the property they are on to it quickly and never have a bad thing to say about it. Would always choose professionals, everytime!

Great Honest Agent! As we are living overseas selling our property was never going to be easy! We made enquiries with several real estate companies and eventually decided to use the Professionals. Neville was selected as our agent and we could not have been happier. Neville was always very upfront about the progression of the sale, his communication was 100% and we felt we were really well informed right throughout the process. When I sold my house, Neville went the extra mile to make it as easy as possible for me. I had moved out of the area and he made sure all the jobs I couldn't do because I wasn't there were done. He took a great deal of pressure off me and secured multiple offers which resulted in a fantastic sale price. I highly recommend Neville to anyone wanting to sell their house :)

I am currently living at a flat managed by Professionals Unique Rentals. I really like the professional treatment I've been receiving for the past couple of years. They've been prompt at catering to our requests and have been overall, accommodating. We really love where we currently live, and have no problems with Professionals whatsoever. We're really honest with them if we don't like anything but they listen to us quite kindly. I must appreciate their attention to detail during flat inspections, and we've been good tenants ourselves- so our understanding of "cleanliness and professionalism and mutual respect" is quite compatible with their orientation. Its a win-win, altogether!

Neville was the real estate whom sold the house we were renting and as a tenant minority of the time (in my experience) real estate agents don't really care about you or your situation but not Neville. He was very caring ,kind and sympathetic. My wife has extremely high aniexty and he did all he could to accomodate this by making the process smooth and easy to cope with ,even setting up a covid scanning QR code for open homes. Neville went the extra mile for us even helping out with the weed eating!! I would highly recommend dealing with Neville and if I'm ever in the situation to sell or buy a home I know who I will be choosing to deal with!

First class service from all of the rental personnel, they immediately sort out any problems that may arrive such as any repairs that may be required. While we were working, we invested in a rental property with the view of using that to supplement our retirement income. However, this idea of having a regular source of income was soon overtaken by increases in costs. These costs covered such items as increases in rates, insurance and accountant fees, not to mention repairs and maintenance. The alternative strategy is to hold the property’s value by keeping the property in top condition at all times; including having a first-class tenant selected by the Property Manager. This is where the services of Unique Realty – Professionals Rentals, especially that of Darryl James, our Property Manager, and her team, comes in. We are very happy with the way Darryl and her team conduct the property management services. Not only are they professional in their deals with us but also in keeping us, the landlords, in regular contact. This is more than the regular three-monthly inspection reports but whenever there is something that needing attention – i.e., immediate attention to details. So much so that we have considered Darryl not just as a Property Manager but as a personal friend looking after our most valuable asset other than the house where we are staying in. I have had property in Palmerston North managed by an agent for over 30 years and the properties were managed by a Real Estate firm that I knew the principal of after having sold Real Estate myself there for several years. When I was working in Palmerston North I vowed that I would never want my property managed by other people when I saw how badly some were supervised. Nevertheless as I moved away from Palmerston North I had no choice but to arrange for management services. After ups and downs with the Company I had chosen they recently decided to put their charges up to the highest level in NZ. These charges were so dramatic that I was forced to reconsider continuing with them. As it is difficult to change over not knowing what one would end up with I asked a commercial business woman in Palmerston North, that I had known for many years, if she felt able to recommend a suitable Real Estate firm for management services. It transpired that Unique Realty had managed property for her mother and that she herself was consulted by this firm from time to time. She spoke very highly of their services and of course that is where I ended up. I suspect that I must have been provided with their top manager as they made the change over simple, from my perspective, and I can offer nothing but praise for the professional service that I have received in the few months since I joined them. They provide my tax accountants with all relevant information in their possession, all of which makes my home ownership in New Zealand stress free.

My partner and I can't thank Jodi-Anne Taiapa enough for her professionalism and ongoing support during what we can only describe as one of the toughest things we have ever had to go through! We had an unruly tenant who simply stopped paying rent and refused to leave post eviction. Jodi didn't waste anytime, the ball was rolling well before we even realized what situation we were in! Jodi was there every single step of the way, she even called after hours to check how we were doing when our first hearing had been adjourned. If you are looking for someone who not only does their job, passes no judgement and genuinely has the best interests of her clients, I cannot recommend Jodi enough! Jeff at Professionals is really great to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble, even when we ask to have something repaired. He is always up front and wants to work with us, not talk down to us, etc.
