Marcus and Greg were brilliant to work with. We first met Greg when we were planning on renting our property out, and he was hands down the best person for the job - and we spoke with a number of agents! Then our situation changed and both Greg and Marcus met us at short notice to organise the sale of our property. They both were genuine and easy to deal with. They listened and offered good advice. We would highly recommend Watson Real Estate - and would look no further if we were to buy/rent/sell property in Palmerston North again!

Dealing with Watson is a pleasure . They are friendly, patience and professional at what they are doing. I had been to few open homes before When looking for first home, very impressed of Eric with his excellent communication and patience. Even at the end purchase wasn't successful , but I will definitely recommend him and deal with Eric and Watson in the future .

Our rental home of four years was managed by Watson Real Estate, who were great. Although we had numerous property managers in that time, they were all very on the ball whenever there was any repairs/maintenance required (e.g. plumbing, oven). If ever our manager was unavailable via phone, they would always get back to you in a timely manner and were always very friendly to deal with. They looked after us very well actually, which you realise and appreciate in hindsight; particularly when you then move on to a private rental!

I can't speak highly enough of my property manager Villi Tosi at Watsons. They have been managing my property in Palmerston North for a number of years now. At times as landlords we wonder about the value of the fee we pay, well you understand the true value when there is an insurance claim to deal with a vacant property. The tireless work that Villi did, and the added challenge of lockdown has been impressive. It has taken the stress away and I'm not sure how I would have coped as I don't live locally. The repairs on the property have been completed, and has quickly obtained replacement tenant at a very competive weekly rental. I have rental properties in other cities, and have dealt with a number of property management companies and managers - I consider Watson's as the benchmark of excellence in this industry and higly recomment.

Without a doubt our experiences of having Watson's manage our properties is mirrored by previous reviews and born out by our accountant when we discussed the idea of going with Watson's he said you couldn't do better. Some fantastic service that Greg Watson gave me for potential investments in the area.....Not living in New Zealand it makes it quite scary for an investor to know what area is good or bad. The Property Management department has a fantastic Investor Support Service that helps people like myself understand the areas, potential returns on possible purchasers and importantly, if that property would attract a decent tenant or not. My wife and I were concerned about purchasing in NZ, but we have now been put at ease.
