I know multiple other tenants and home owners who all sing Jade’s praises. As a single mother I have found them to be non-discriminatory and very supportive. I know they give back to the community and donate to various charities. They are a valuable asset to the Kāpiti Coast property market.

f.As a Tennant, I found the group to be very professional and responsive to provide an excellent experence and relationship between property manager and Tennants. The group of 4 at our property, all found Jade reliable in their managment. Concidering the other 3 Tennants I lived with had no tennancy experence before the house, we found that they provided an excellent service in the eyes of both experienced and unexperienced tennants.
