R.Nikki Quinn recently became my property manager. She quickly identified a major issue (Meth) with the property and professionally handled a very complex situation. The place was quickly tested and re-mediated so I was able to re-tenant the property soon after. She managed and advised on renovations that made sense to complete following remediation. As I am based in Sydney I am extremely happy to have a property manager who I can trust to complete tasks as requested and add value by suggesting options. Nikki is very deserving of a 5-star rating.
C.Jackie Lindsay from Waikanae is our first Property Manager as we have dealt with the home owner direct in the past when renting. Jackie is very approachable, understanding and always gets things sorted straight away. Nothing is a problem for her which is always reassuring.

I am fairly new to the renting game.
Jackie Lindsay is my property manager and has made things really easy for me, she is very friendly and professional in what she does.
About 2 months ago my bank accounts where scammed and i fell behind in the rent because i had no access to funds as the accounts where frozen until the bank had sorted this out.
I informed Jackie of the situation and it wasn't a problem, once i had access to funds again it was all sorted out.
