G.I have been a member of My Properties for 3 years. The value add to my property business and to myself personally has been enormous. The My Properties network gives me access to a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise that supports me to be successful in my property journey. It is great to work with a group of people who do what I do, understand the issues, help to solve the problems, create workable solutions, and share ideas. The boot camps and workshops keep me updated with industry developments, property market changes and trends, and the group buying power around trades suppliers and services is hugely beneficial. Highly recommended.
B.I have been a member of my properties since its inception approx 4 years ago and have been a full time property investor since 2011. Being able to be a part of the My Properties community has not only been an awesome experience socially but purely as a work tool has been invaluable to my being able to make a success of this business. The networking between like minded people is crucial and to be able to get contacts for both buying and selling property is makes for successful property investing. And being able to call on a wealth of investor knowledge and to bounce ideas between people who know what it is like to be a property investor and understand the pitfalls has helped me build a successful positively geared portfolio.
