Sally Coltart's answers were the most thorough and comprehensive, so we chose her to work with.
This turned out to be an excellent decision. Sally communicated promptly and efficiently, making things easy to manage from overseas.
She provided a market appraisal and local advice, contacts for tradies, cleaners, gardeners etc, and the agency installed staging so that the property did not look stark and abandoned. That was without charge!
Once I was in NZ, Sally put herself at my convenience for any advice or help I needed and went way beyond anything I expected in that regard.
The house sold within a week. We had foreseen a really difficult process selling from overseas. Thanks to Sally it was almost ridiculously easy and without hitch or headache.
