An industry leader From the moment we had engaged John, he really embraced our situation with a positive and honest mindset with a willingness to genuinely help. Words cannot describe the professionalism, the commitment, the communication and honesty he has demonstrated from beginning to the sale of the property. He went above and beyond in situations where I can be assured others would have not. What I was really impressed with, was the honesty of the market based on his professional expertise, based on market research and our objectives. It was extremely calming and reassuring to have such honest opinions from John. Everything was easy We are currently living overseas were unable to come home to arrange selling our house because of Covid. We contacted Tamsin (on the back of a recommendation from a friend) and said we needed someone who could help us get the place ready for the market, listed and sold! Super agent Naomi is an excellent agent in all respects. She is extremely hardworking, dedicated and very knowledgeable. Her communication, people skills and ability to get the deal done is second to none. I had to sell my property and I couldn’t think of any other agent except Naomi. The marketing campaign was to run for 3 weeks but Naomi not only secured multiple offers after the first open home, the price was much higher than anticipated. John made selling our house from a distance a breeze As this was our first home, we had no experience with selling property and felt quite daunted by the task as we live almost 2 hours away. We met with a few agents but when we got in touch with John, we knew he was the right man for the job. John knows the current property market inside and out and continually communicated with us ways we could improve the presentation of our house for the best possible outcome. John liaised with tradesmen, our property agent and us with a sense of ease and confidence that we were very impressed with.
