Charmaine has been looking after our rental property for a couple of years now. Without doubt Charmaine is the best property manager we have ever dealt with. Any concerns we have had have been responded to with a friend like empathy and extremely promptly. If you are planning to use villa to look after your rental property then insist on Charmaine as your manager.

My family and I rented a property through Villa Rentals with Charmaine Jones as Property Manager. We had a great experience of service. The property was a very enjoyable experience. We actually thought of offering to purchase the property we liked it so much. We moved to Auckland for family reasons and put any purchase on hold. Great life experience. We rented a house through Villa Property Management and we had an amazing experience. Charmaine in particular was absolutely amazing to deal with, always professional and helpful, but above all she was friendly. Charmaine was friendly, efficient and responsive throughout our tenancy. Any issues were rapidly resolved. The process of moving in and out of the house went smoothly. We would recommend Villa to other tenants 🙂

I have been renting a property with Villa Property for 27 months now, this is the 1st rental I have had in NZ and it has been nothing but awesome for my family and I. Our property manager Charmaine is in regular contact with us, we are notified well in advance for our house inspections, and any issues re: maintenance are dealt with in a timely manner. I have had the pleasure of meeting the home owner as well who was very welcoming. I have a good relationship with my property manager, she is amazing! The hard work that goes on within this real estate company doesn't go unnoticed - I would highly recommend Villa Property Management to anybody looking to rent or buy.

What a wonderful experience we had at Villa Property Management in general, and Charmaine Jones in particular. Starting from the day I got the lease, Charmaine was always guiding me as to how to about everything. Throughout our tenancy, I was never worried about the property inspections. Communication was awesome, she was always on top of the things, and always so much cooperative. When I was due to vacate, she negotiated an extension of 2 weeks from the owners just so I could prepare and do well on my PhD Oral coinciding around the vacation date. I can assure she have set a very high precedence for others whom I would have to deal with. I would love to have her back as my property manager; until then, Good Luck for your future and keep it up. This is my second time renting with Villa Properly Management, first time 10 years ago and again now renting a family home. As with then and now Charmaine Jones my property manager is easy to communicate with, gets any jobs sorted quickly and efficiently. But best of all, Charmaine is a really great person to get along with. Hats off to Madeline, Charmaine and the team at Villa Property, I recommend them to all my friends and family members who are looking to rent or in need if a property manager.

Have been a tenant with Villa and had Charmaine Jones as a property manager for almost 3 years. Absolutely wonderful Service! Charmaine is prompt, friendly and a Real person that knows and appreciates that she is dealing with Real People. You are not just a dollar amount on a ledger for this lady! Makes a HUGE difference to your piece of mind and your renting experience.

Since 2014, I have been a tenant in three different properties managed by Villa Property Management. Madeleine and her team have always been friendly and helpful and if they are busy and can't be contacted straight away, I hear back within 24hrs. The properties I have been a tenant of have always been kept in good condition and any regular maintenance or repairs is always carried out as required/quickly.

What a wonderful experience we have had working with Villa Property Management. A breath of fresh air. Communication has been 100% with courteous emails in response to our requests. Madeleine has been our contact person and has been more than accomomadating from the very 1st day. Thank you for this. We as tenants will endeavour to take care of our Landlords property as if it were our own.

Im so lucky to have villa property management as my land agents. I personally deal with Charmaine and look forward to seeing her on my routine inspections. We rented from Villa Properties for almost 2 years and they were always absolutely great. Quick and easy to deal with and rapid response time. They looked after us like we looked after the property. They were kind and caring and always considered. Sad to loose villa properties as our property managers but unfortunately I can't make them the property managers to every property we end up renting. They care and look after their tenants just as they care and look after the properties they rent out. If we ever end up having to rent out a place we own we will certainly make villa properties our property Managers as I know they will look for tenants that will look after our place like we would. Special thanks to Madeleine for being absolutely awesome.

I have been a tnt with villa properties since 2016. As a landlord, villa properties has always been good to me. I have had two property managers who have been really great in their roles. My current property manager (charmaine) she is amazing. She is always on point when I need her. I love that she makes herself available when I have concerns, she is so approachable and her overall aura is so welcoming, she is so easy to talk too. Charmain uses clear instructions/communications pre and post housing inspections if needs be. Charmaine has always cared about our flats, the warmth, the condition and the safety of them. My experience with villa has been so simple and easy, even when I have experienced hardship, villa was understanding and we worked on solutions rather then the setback. I am so greatful to have such a lovely home & a beautiful rapport with Villa Property Management. Thank you Charmaine, Thank you Villa!! I've been renting through Villa Property for almost two years now, this has been my first experience renting and Villa and more importantly Charmaine have made it a breeze. They have been incredibly approachable when needed and most importantly amazing at communicating when work has needed to be done on the property, or when property inspections are approaching.

Very helpful team at Villa Property Management. Great customer service, quick responses and when we asked for our kitchen tap to be fixed. It was fixed the next day ! Highly recommend.
