K.Ginny is one of the rare agents that actually works for the Vendor. She listens to what is important to you and seeks to achieve that. For some it might be a fast sale, for others it might be a sale of the highest amount. Ginny is also very good at working with multiple and diverse people bringing them to a successful conclusion. She is very good at negotiation with multiple parties and listening to what is important. Ginny is a very safe pair of hands for selling your property - highly recommended.
