She organised tradespeople to install the whiteware, identified issues to be fixed, took photographs to keep us up to date and last but not least, found us an excellent long term tenant. Caroline kept us informed every step of the way - excellent communication is critical when you are a long way away! The company's fortnightly rental statements are clear and transparent too which makes accounting issues very easy.
