My Dog & I have been renting this property with QAC for more than three years now. Our Property Manager has been extreamly helpful, engaged & professional ever since the day we moved in. Every request was meet with constructive favour & we feel blessed to have been so easily integrated into Queenstowns wider community through our amazing location & the team that reassures us that we are at home.

During the fourteen years the Accommodation Centre has managed the property, I know the main areas of inspection, vetting of potential tenants, payment of bills on my behalf and guidance on how to respond to government legislation, are most important and reassuring to me. Also trust between myself and The Accommodation Centre is important. Another reassuring aspect is The Accommodation Centre's knowledge and business relationship with local traders when there is something that needs attending to.
