My Dog & I have been renting this property with QAC for more than three years now. Our Property Manager has been extreamly helpful, engaged & professional ever since the day we moved in. Every request was meet with constructive favour & we feel blessed to have been so easily integrated into Queenstowns wider community through our amazing location & the team that reassures us that we are at home.

During the fourteen years the Accommodation Centre has managed the property, I know the main areas of inspection, vetting of potential tenants, payment of bills on my behalf and guidance on how to respond to government legislation, are most important and reassuring to me. Also trust between myself and The Accommodation Centre is important. Another reassuring aspect is The Accommodation Centre's knowledge and business relationship with local traders when there is something that needs attending to.

Renting with QAC, Fenagh continues to provide us with an exceptional service. She is prompt in her response to any queries or issues that arise with the property. Mostly, we really appreciate her genuine and approachable nature. Thanks Fenagh!

We found our property manager to conduct himself in a very professional manner.He responded when messages were left.In all he was very approachable.We had a very good experience in our rental property and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Nathan Gee was our Property Manager and he was quick and responsive with any queries we had; and with sorting out anything that needed to be attended to, at the place that we were renting.

I have been dealing with QAC for the past 10 years as a landlord of two properties in Queenstown. We have used QAC when we built a new home for rental and they provided fantastic service from day one. This included getting our new house tenant ready direct from the builder and tenanted within 2 weeks. Craig and his team have been looking after our rental for a number of years. As we live away from Queenstown it is important to know our property is taken care of. Scott has been our property manager for several years and we have had consistently excellent service throughout that time from Scott and the entire QAC team. Not being based in Queenstown means that we rely on Scott to be the “eyes and ears” for our property and we have never been let down. Craig and the team at QAC are excellent property managers! I always know I don't have to worry about my properties at all and have total peace of mind with them overseeing everything. They are always on top of any maintenance required before it becomes an issue and they don't clip the ticket on this which I think is very reasonable given they do all the coordinating. I know QAC always has my best interests at heart and in my mind they earn every penny I pay them.

We snapped at the chance to move into the apartment and QAC, with Annabel's kind help and advice, made the whole process very smooth and easy.
