Mike was recommended to us by our mortgage broker. Mike's knowledge of the market allowed him to assess our property, identify possible objections to sale and help us address those issues prior to us putting property on the market. Mike is well connected in the trades and his professional relationships enabled us to rectify these issues quickly at an excellent price. Mike's strategic approach reached many potential buyers and the Market Buy platform proved to be very effective for us. Deceased Estate Home Sale Mike was very professional and friendly and gave us great advise during the difficult period of selling the family home. Very Good experience buying an out of town property. Sharon was very helpful and sent all the information on the property impromptu. As we were from out of town, she went out of her way to facilitate a virtual zoom veiwing followed by a viewing later with the owners. The process of putting in an offer and the offer being accepted went smooth and was painless. I can recommend Sharon to anyone wishing to buy a property.

10/10 would use Mike again if we were to sell again We always thought if we were selling our house we'd just sell privately, but opted to sell via Mike as it would make the whole transition easier given we were buying a property he was selling and gave us a single point of communication between all relevant parties. As it happened we listed just as the market turned sideways with the new credit reforms and our sale did take a lot longer than we had hoped. Mike functioned as much as a counsellor as a real estate agent for us through the process and when we had some technical complications at the pointy end of our sale his connections, problem solving and liaising with all the relevant parties was a complete life saver. If we were ever to sell again we'd go straight to Mike again without hesitation.

Very patient and super helpful, great result Due to a very drawn out legal process happening in the background on top of COVID lockdowns, ended up with at least an 18 month delay between original intended listing and actually going to market. Throughout the entire process Julie maintained great communication with us, had great insights into the change in the market over that time, and was very flexible in fitting into our availability. With none of us local when the property finally headed to market, Julie was able to advise us on getting the property ready for market. Going to market, Julie provided great advice on the market helping us set realistic expectations while also proving the "best case" outcome. Luckily for us, we ended up with that best case getting multiple offers within 2 days of going to market with the accepted offer being well up at the top end of those expectations.
