she managed our rental properties for a good 5 or so years until we sold them and because she was so amazing, the new owners ended up using her as their property manager after our recommendation and they to were also impressed with her. She was awesome with communicating any issues to us so that things could be rectified in a timely manner. she also made sure to keep on top of inspections. She is everything you want your property manager to be and so much more!
We continue to recommend her to friends, family and anyone we know with a property of their own.

M.Great to deal with in the beginning.
& Always got on to urgent jobs. But unfortunately issues that would come under 'peaceful enjoyment' were not followed through with & often ignored. Faced defensiveness and raising of voice at me up for raising this firmly toward end of the tenancy. Very unfortunate things had to end that way.
L.Jenna has been a pleasure to deal with. She’s kept us in the loop and been great to do deal. Very accommodating during what can only be deemed as a crazy time for the property market. We would 1000% recommend Jenna!
