Carole and Nicky were very communicative and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They explained the process of selling our house, and gave a clear plan of how our house would be marketed, when the open homes would be and when we would receive the feedback . I received phone calls after every open home. Both Carole and Nicky a very experienced real-estate agents and we would not hesitate to recommend the girls to my friends and family if they were selling.

Great Agent Amelia communication was effective kept me up to date, and there were glitches however Amelia was very helpful, honest and professional during the purchase process I received a nice bunch flowers and gifts wine (2) bottles and stationery gift box for documentation. Thank you for a smooth and delightful property purchase, I would like to recommend Amelia to others.

Couldn’t have asked for better! We felt very lucky to have Jeremy guide us through the process of buying our home - as first home buyers it is quite daunting but Jeremy was extremely helpful with the whole process and went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always happy to organise inspections and meetings etc even at short notice. He always replied to messages/questions promptly, ensured everything went smoothly for us and kept us updated on any progress along the way. He’s also super friendly and was great to work with!

Exceptional Customer Service We have been very impressed with Andra's professionalism and knowledge of what is happening with real estate in our region. Our first meeting with Andra we were presented with a comprehensive package explaining how First National were going to market our property, what the best options were to sell our property, ie Auction, Deadline Treaty etc, all backed by current statistics.

As a first time home-buyer, much of the process was new and complex.
