I have purchased and sold property with Michelle and Dave from VIP Realty on several occasions now. Their friendly, down-to-earth approach make them a delight to deal with and removes many of the stresses associated with buying and selling. Michelle and Dave also demonstrate a very high level of professionalism. They offer great advice, keep me well informed, provide good documentation and are always timely in their approach. Of particular note, I am constantly amazed by Michelle and Dave's willingness to go the extra mile for their clients. I have borrowed trailers and equipment from them, they have mowed my lawns and they've supplied me with great recommendations for other providers. Once Dave even showed up to help me clean a property due to go on the market! I have never experienced this level of service in the industry before, making these two and easy first choice of preferred agent in Rotorua.

How many ways can you say WOW and how many ways can you say Thank you. Michelle was amazing and I cannot thank her enough for her help, input and valuable opinion. From listing my property to receiving an offer was 5 days. I was not 100% happy with the offer price , over to Michelle to sort that one :) I got my asking price within hours. We went unconditional yesterday, so on the homeward leg now. Michelle you are one amazing lady, how you juggle work, demanding customers , your family and children is beyond me. Words fail me. If you are looking for a hard working agent with her clients interests at heart then this lady is the one for you. In the words of Tina Turner " she is simply the best - better than all the rest" Thank you Michelle , so very much
