N.Excellent communications and superb work. Amy is so quick and efficient and i know exactly whats going on to my rental even i don't live in Whangarei. She is more than a property manager, she shares her thoughts and prioritize things for the rental and most importantly keep my cash flow positive. No other property managers i have met or talked to would do that. She is truly looking after my rental investment as if it was hers. I am so blessed to find her. She just understands !

S.Amy has recently helped us to find tenants, she is really efficient and responsible. She keeps us posted on everything, I guess this is what every landlords want - good communication. Tenants told me they are very happy and find it easy with her. I had bad experience with other agent in whangarei before for lack of response, but would highly recommend Connect Property- especially Amy.
G.Everything was in lock down and I have an empty rental costing me everyday. I live overseas which makes things even more difficult. I have contacted lot of agencies in Whangarei and only Amy from Connect replied me within hours and presented me all the info even which potential tenants. She used my photos to make a virtual tour which make viewings possible even during lockdown. Bloody well done!
