A.My experience with Sarah has been nothing short of 'outstanding!' When I first met Sarah, I said to her that I wanted her to effect both the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new/current home. Appreciating that property agents seldom ever achieve the 'double-whammy' for a client - something that Sarah indeed shared with me - Sarah nevertheless said, "okay, let's do it!" Her professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to listen to my requests and work in way that I wanted us to, pseudo-partnership throughout this whole process, and just overall amazing attitude were second-to-none. In the modern world, where margins are tight, costs are high, and the competition is ever-present, often the key difference, I find, is the customer service. Sarah's customer service is simply stunning! She not only achieved the proverbial 'double-whammy', but she did so in spectacular fashion. She managed to sell my former property for an excellent price, attract exactly the right kind of purchaser I was looking for (as this was also important to me), and then help me to purchase a new home that is exactly what my family and I are looking for. Sarah really got to know us and what we were looking for, and the properties she highlighted to us always fit our plans very well. Sarah was endlessly helpful and straight-up with our many questions and with guiding us house buying rookies through the process. C.We just want to say a huge thank you to Sarah for her exceptional work on selling our house with an amazing result. Being the first time either of us had sold a house we weren’t sure what to do. Sarah made the whole process so easy and even bought us desert while she walked us through it all! Once the formalities were sorted the process was so easy on our end (but we could see how hard Sarah was working for us behind the scenes). We had two open homes a week with a few appointment viewings, but Sarah knew we had two small children so was great at managing people who wanted to come through. After each open home we had a detailed report of who came through and their feedback (even after the first open home which saw a whopping 40 groups through!!). With a polished video and gorgeous photos accompanying our marketing – we felt very comfortable that our house was going to sell, especially with the little touches Sarah adds – biscuits at every open home!
