g.I recently sold my rental property through B&W. As I was living in the South Is. I was unable to be present during the process. I phoned Michele and she organised everything. She did a fantastic job even though she had to deal with an uncooperative tenant. She also organised minor repairs. And did a fantastic job throughout the negotiation state.
