s.That was good renting with them but they are not that keen in getting the bond form out to the tenancy services (I vacated on 18/07 and no refund form was received by tenancy services till 28/07) even after 3weeks from the day I vacated the property. I think they still need to understand the importance of this and must be accountable to check if the form had actually reached them.
I believe my expectation is right like how the Property management company expects the tenants to pay their rent on time!
