Moore Rentals have managed my rental property for the past 11 years. Maureen has been outstanding with her personalised service approach. Would highly recommend.

For the last 6 years Maureen of Moore Rentals have been my landlords representative. From day one she has been excellent to deal with, professional and responds quickly to communications. Moore Rentals is professional, efficient and genuine. We rented through Maureen for just under 10 years. In that time, due to owners selling we had to relocate three times (stressful to say the least) but Maureen being so efficient and considerate took that stress away. Now being home owners we are forever grateful for Maureen and to Moore Rentals.

As I live abroad, I need to have peace of mind that my property is well looked after. Maureen is professional, efficient, highly organised and is 'on the ball' when it comes to compliance matters, i.e laws changing in New Zealand and the Healthy Homes Act. She always keeps me informed of rental changes in the market, advises me of any minor repairs that need to be actioned. Maureen regularly sends me inspection reports of the property and a detailed sheet of all chattels, the quality and standards of carpets in each room.
