D.We have used Prime Rentals for one year overseeing our rental property. Steve and the team are absolutely outstanding to deal with. They are very easy to contact, friendly to deal with, and super efficient. We recently had a major problem at our property which was dealt with very speedily and efficiently by Steve and the team. They kept us fully up to date with all our options and continually visited our property to monitor progress. Using them to oversee our property has certainly given us peace of mind and we feel we can totally trust them. They are certainly people of integrity who do an outstanding job.
D.I gave Steve a call this morning regarding a possible investment property I'm looking to purchase, and he was fantastic in advising me that the particular property was NOT in a suitsble area to attract good quality tenants. Great advice considering I live in Australia, and he could have just taken my money.
