I have nothing but good things to say about Rentlink. We have been landlords for many years and have had various different property managers over that time. Communication is often the issue we have had with previous companies - as in not letting us know about things, and not responding to queries. Also in the past we have had property management companies that have not paid attention to detail and done accurate inspections. Excellent company! if you need a property manager I could not recommend Rentlink enough, probably the best in the Bay!! When Rentlink took over our property Rosemary went around to our close neighbors and introduced herself and the company which we thought was very good and important to do. Any maintenance, issues etc on your property Rentlink is onto it straight away. The communication with Rentlink could not be better too and they are always happy to help out and answer any queries that we had.

I am so lucky that I met Rosemary the Property Manager of Rentlink, she has been so amazing, very professional, kind, helpful and understanding. I really highly recommend them, and praise their professionalism and their quick response in every problem. When we have a problem with our water, even it was already late in the evening she went straight to the house and knowing she was driving back to Tauranga from Auckland, and checked the situation and the next day a plumber came, that's how quick they response. My wife and I bought a rental property in Tauranga three years ago and asked Rentlink to find us tenants. Rosemary did an outstanding job, producing a decent list of good prospects along with rental history, employment, references etc. and she worked with us out of hours at the house to interview prospects. She and my wife and I all had the same instincts re the best contenders and I'm happy to say that in the 3 years since they have been model tenants and delightful to deal with. Last year life was busy and we asked Rosemary if she would do the 3 monthly visits (insurance requirement) for us. For a reasonable fee she did so and produced detailed reports for us. She and the tenants have developed a cordial relationship and Rosemary helped one of their family find a rental. Rosemary has always been happy to go the extra mile for us and the service companies she has referred to us have worked out well.
