If you're out this way well worth a look beautiful homes around the lakes you can even go for a coffee and there's a small supermarket around there. Or a 2 minute drive across to the crossing there's a massive mall

Very nice walk around man made lakes very good play area at one end near the shops for children

Need more neighborhood plantings and maintenance. Costs a little extra on the rates, but this is good stuff as it has to be spent locally.
