a.We're first time investors and don't know where to start on renting out our property. Joel was recommended to us and we're very lucky we chose him. He explained everything to us that we need to know as rental property owners. His expertise on the market is superb and with his great work, our property was rented out within a month with good tenants. We feel so much at ease now that we have him just a phone call away. We can call him anytime we have a concern and he's very responsive and helpful all the time. He's very humble and will make you feel that all your concerns are welcome. No doubt I will recommend him to anyone!

B.Joel has done a phenomenal job in renting out my property. He and his team had rented it out in a week . The quality of the tenants are high and they fitted the ideal profile for what I was after. The process was smooth from start to finish and Joel put any fears at ease. His understanding of the real estate market and knowledge of all laws was comforting to know and the time he had spent with me to make sure I understood everything was incomparable to the other companies I had spoken to.
