Hard work pays off Kelly was selected by her Manager to help me with the process of selling my property in August this year. Most of our communications were through emails, phone calls and online due to Level 4 and L3 restrictions. However, trust was developed earlier on in the process as she always does what she says she will do, responds to my queries promptly and follows us with phone calls. She kept me informed every step of the way, e.g. on her progress in finding buyers and the number of people viewing the property every weekend for 3 weeks and how many were potential buyers. I know Kelly worked really hard to ensure my house was sold in the first Auction which was scheduled beginning of Oct 2021. As a result, 6 buyers attended the Auction and my house was sold above my reserve price. I was very pleased with the result and the efforts that Kelly put in within 3 months to make sure we achieve the outcome sought. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell property to contact Kelly Sinclair at Raywhite. She's awesome and she achieves results within the timeframes set! In 2007 we purchased a home in Longford Park Drive, Takanini, Auckland. We loved the home, the neighbours, the wide roads and the space. Over the next 14yrs we lost track of the number of flyers and door knocking Real Estate Agents who came through the area. In 2016 one flyer from Ray White caught our eye with a photo of Kelly Sinclair. We had never met Kelly but we liked what we saw and thought....."if we were ever to sell, we would contact Kelly". Fast forward to May 2021 - we were considering moving back to Hamilton to be closer to family but had made no firm decision. We did however do our homework on the pros and cons of selling by listing with a Real Estate company, using companies that have a set commission and we even looked at selling ourselves on Trade Me. Not long after that we received a call from Ray White calling on behalf of.......Kelly Sinclair 😊 to see if were interested in having a free appraisal done. We said we were and met Kelly for the first time 9 June 2021 to go over the appraisal. We sat with the appraisal overnight and meet with her again the next day and asked if she would sell our home for us. That was the best decision we ever made. The next couple of weeks we saw Kelly work her magic. She worked closely with us regarding advertising, setting the date when advertising went 'Live', dates for open homes and preparing the home for viewing and auction - it was a hectic two weeks before the first of three planned open homes. On Sat 26 June the house was ready for Open Home and so was Kelly. After the open home she explained the level of interest and feedback from those who attended and that that one party was very interested. The following Monday 28 June Kelly handed us a signed Sale & Agreement form from the 'interested party'. We were comfortable with the offer so accepted and signed the S&A forms. The previous comments were necessary so you can see how valuable and amazing Kelly Sinclair was to work with. We saw first hand how good she was at what she does. From our perspective we felt she listened to us and understood our circumstances. Her relaxed (not slack) manner put us at ease which was appreciated. And finally, the quick sale allowed us to plan to move to Hamilton earlier than we had anticipated. Our journey with Kelly started with a photo, then we met and worked with her as our Real Estate agent and now she is our friend. Thank you Kelly Sinclair and your Team Ngatai & Tweetie Smith
